Andy, I wanted to shoot you an email and say once again thanks for the training this week. BY FAR the best training we’ve had as a team, and we communicated this same message to Mike during dinner on Wednesday evening.
In fact, I took Kirk, Jay and Aaron to the airport yesterday and we couldn’t come up with a single criticism and agreed that you’ve got this down to a science.

Awesome workshop, Andy. As a real estate broker I am constantly going
to classes to meet continuing ED requirements in WA State, but your workshop is
definitely in a league of its’ own.

I plan on using all the tools I learned in the workshop in my day to day activities. I am thinking differently about how I approach my day to day interactions which involve any type of negotiation.
I had no idea what to expect, so the whole conference exceeded my expectations. I only rated one item a 4 as opposed to a 5 because I felt the last exercise could be condensed. That said, I appreciated the ability to gain that additional round of practice in exercising the behaviors and strategies that were covered in the training.

I really enjoyed the workshop and it exceeded my expectations. Although the days were a little long, it proved to add to how effective it was. I would manage the participant’s expectations better by letting them know the schedule. Although it didn't bother me, I think others were. I liked the flow of information, the case studies were great and I think even more chances to practice and critique would be good. I can say that the workshop has changed my outlook on negotiations and sparked my interest in the subject.
Andy was knowledgeable, personable, and had great control over the process. I was impressed with how he kept the group engaged and productive. If anyone walked out of there not learning or unsatisfied, it was clearly their own obstacle. Great experience! Thanks!

I've attended commercial negotiation training conducted by Andrew. The training was
intensive, and not a minute was wasted over the course of nearly a week. I
found myself thinking differently within a day, and left the training with a
different mind set than I came in with. Immediately after going through
Andrew's training, I negotiated deals with two major multinational
corporations, and I used the training in both instances. I gained significant
advantages in both negotiations, and saw 10-50% financial gains as a result of
the preparation and techniques I learned. Not a day goes by that I don't use

The Ultimate Negotiator Workshop was one of the best training sessions I've had in my career and I've been fortunate to take part in many. It was balanced in that relevant theories and key learnings were taught but the case work really drove my learning from both a participant standpoint and working with the others in the workshop.
I was unsure of the usefulness or applicability of the training to me or my role
as a PMO/Process Improvement Director when I first arrived but this hesitation
was almost immediately removed. For anyone planning a successful career in business at a high-level, these skills are invaluable and the content, method and intensity of the training were fantastic.
The negotiations training provided by Andy was highly impactful and the benefits
could be seen the first time I used it. I work in Indirect Procurement along
with a group that negotiates contracts in transportation, marketing, and IT.
Six other people in my area then also took Andy's workshop, with positive
comments from them all. Andy is perfectly suited to teach the nuances of
negotiation and the results far outweigh the costs of his classes.

I thought the cases were great - it was a great way to put the skills into practice, which is one of the challenges I've seen with other workshops where the participants learn a lot but never use it once they leave the workshop. There was enough practice during the cases to make it come more naturally, and the planning tools were also great - I could absolutely see the value in them as we used them during the cases.
