ANDREW BOUGHTON, MANAGING PARTNER – has over 12 years of negotiation consultancy, speaking and training experience and 13 years of commercial negotiation experience in the entertainment industry. Before focusing exclusively on negotiation training, Andy worked for various record labels negotiating deals with high profile artists, strategic accounts, and 3rd party partners. Andy has a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson School at UCLA.
